The update requests that you have your power supply plugged into the wall since it will be modifying the battery's firmware.

Thunderbird, built upon open source technology, excels as beyond other desktop mail applications (Outlook Express) which has built-in antispam technology as well as other user interface enhancements. With version 2.0 Thunderbird introduces a new visual theme, message tagging for better email management, and more. Thunderbird 2.0 is available for Windows, Mac, and Linux.
